    ERC - ACROPOLIS RALLY: Craig Breen ended the first all-asphalt first day in Greece in first place in the new Peugeot 208 T16/Michelin, chased by Bryan Bouffier (Citroën DS3 RRC, +14.7s), Kajetan Kajetanowizc (Fiesta R5, +15.0s) and Lappi (Skoda Fabia S2000, +43.8s). Kevin Abbring (Peugeot 208 T16) led until a cooling fluid leak on SS5. The second leg takes place on gravel.

    Of the 72 different drivers who have won a WRC event since 1973, 36 claimed their maiden victory on Michelin tyres, including last Sunday's Rallye Deutschland victor, Dani Sordo.     After his WRC2 victory in Sweden, Yazeed Al-Rahji was hurt in an accident when his Hummer landed heavily after a dune on the last day of Saudi Arabia's Ha'il International Rally (cross-country rally).
